刘帅，准聘副教授，“元光学者启航B”岗位。博士毕业于大连理工大学信号与信息处理专业，师从中国工程院何友院士与卢湖川教授。近年来主要研究方向为计算机视觉（旋转目标检测、多目标跟踪），目前在计算机视觉顶级会议CVPR、ACM MM和IEEE Transaction 系列权威学术期刊上发表学术论文多篇，均是CCF-A类国际会议论文与TOP期刊。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项、河北省自然科学基金1项。
