个人简介
梁心雨，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，交通工程系党支部书记，河北省青年拔尖人才。博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学交通运输工程专业，并于加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学进行了为期一年的联合培养。主要从事交通行为与心理、交通能源与智慧交通管理、主动安全分析等方向的研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项，河北省自然科学基金等课题4项，参与国家级、省部级课题10余项，横向课题20余项。作为副主编编译《公路交通安全设施设计规范》（JTGD81-2017）英文版，并获黑龙江省高校科技进步奖等多项荣誉奖励。
