梁晨，博士，教授，河北省健康人居环境重点实验室副主任，国家注册城乡规划师，入选中国科协青年科技领军人才培育项目、天津市青年社科人才培育项目，中国知网高被引学者 TOP 1%（河北省城乡规划学科唯一入选），河北工业大学元光学者。主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目等7项科研课题，发表学术论文30余篇，近年来共获得省部级以上荣誉、奖励20余项。担任国家自然科学基金委员会函评专家、河北省首批城市更新智库专家、住建部乡村建设评价专家以及《Regional Sustainability》、《应用生态学报》、《地域研究与开发》、《上海国土资源》等期刊青年编委、《Frontiers in Public Health》客座编辑。此外，还担任《Sustainable Cities and Society》、《Journal of Environment Management》、《Science of the Total Environment》、《Ecological Indicators》、《Ecological Informatics》、《城市规划学刊》、《生态学报》、《城市问题》等期刊特邀审稿人。
