副教授,博士生导师。2012年和2017年于北京交通大学分别获得光信息科学与技术专业理学学士学位和通信与信息系统专业工学博士学位。现从事高功率激光技术及应用、激光超声检测、特种光纤及光纤器件设计等方向。主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金等项目5项,参与国家自然科学基金重大仪器研制专项、河北省自然科学基金重点项目等多项项目。以第一作者或通信作者发表高水平论文30余篇,担任Frontiers in Physics期刊reviewer editor,Photonics期刊Guest Editor职位,担任Optics Communications,IEEE Sensors Journal,Applied Physics B等期刊审稿人。
