男，生于1987年，河北工业大学副教授，博士生导师。2008年毕业于北京航空航天大学应用物理专业，2011年获得了北京航空航天大学凝聚态物理专业硕士学位，2015年获得中国科学院大学半导体研究所博士学位，自2015年起就职于河北工业大学电子信息学院。Nanoscale, Nanoscale research letters, Material letters, JAP, IEEE EDL, ChemComm, 半导体学报等期刊审稿人。获“Journal of Semiconductors 2022年优秀审稿人奖”

（一）低维半导体光探测器
（二）低维半导体异质结光电器件
（三）超材料及超表面的设计仿真
迄今在ACS AMI，Nanoscale、JMCC、APL等期刊上共发表SCI论文超过四十篇，主持过国家自然科学基金项目一项，河北省自然基金项目一项，河北省教育厅科技项目一项，并参与多项国家级及省部级基金项目。
