博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学。河北省“百人计划”特聘专家,河北省高校百名优秀创新人才,享受河北省政府特殊津贴。在Nat. Chem., Phys. Rev. Lett.,Nanoscale等杂志发表SCI论文数十篇。三篇论文被ESI收录为“高被引”文章。论文被他人在Nat. Chem.,Nano Energy, Chem. Rev., Phys. Rev. Lett. 和Energy Environ. Sci. 等杂志上引用2000余次及专题报道。目前为Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nanoscale, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Phys. Rev. B等杂志的特邀审稿人。研究方向主要集中在功能半导体材与二维材料的光电特性、能源存储和转换等应用领域,在机理研究和材料电子结构改良等方面取得一些成果,在大型国际学术会议上受邀做口头报告。主持多项国家自然科学基金、省部级项目等。
